After working with the Houston Rockets back in 2017, Attorney Paschal has now joined the board of Impact 13 Foundation. Impact 13 is a non-profit organization founded by NBA Superstar James Harden. The mission of Impact 13 is to assist with socio-economic disadvantages and empower women and youth in the areas of community development, education, entrepreneurship, the arts, fashion, and sports.

Attorney Crump is a world renowned civil rights attorney who has represented the families of Trayvon Martin, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, Jacob Blake, Michael Brown, and others. Apart from their connection through the National Bar Association, Attorney Paschal and Attorney Crump, both work together with Equal Justice Now, a not-for-profit social welfare organization that advocates against false arrest, unreasonable detention, wrongful conviction, and the incarceration of our mothers and fathers, sons and daughters.

Attorney Paschal and Myron “Pauly” Jackson at an NBA Draft Combine Event on a rooftop in Downtown Chicago, Illinois. Pauly is a co-founder of Team Edifye, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that channels the energy of sports to empower communities across the country. Team Edifye was created after a traumatic police encounter where his brother, Jacob Blake, was shot several times in Kenosha, Wisconsin. From the beginning, Team Edifye has worked with professional athletes, community organizers, and a variety of businesses to carry out its mission for a better tomorrow. Attorney Paschal was invited to join the Team Edifye advisory board in 2021, and continues to work with Pauly Jackson in-and-out of the Chicago area.

Attorney Paschal working with the Dallas Mavericks to assemble and distribute food boxes to families in need. Mavs Care is an avenue for the Mavericks to build a stronger community through educational programs, health and wellness initiatives, environmental efforts, and grants to nonprofit organizations. Career Day Presentation at Nimitz High School with Attorney Paschal and Attorney Jeremy Sims. The students were provided an introduction to the field of entertainment law. Paschal and Sims both shared their personal career journey by highlighting the educational path and steps required to become an entertainment lawyer. Furthermore, the two provided practical advice for students interested in pursuing a career in entertainment law. Advice such as the importance of strong communication and negotiation skills, networking within the industry, and seeking mentorship opportunities.

In June 2021, More Than A Lawyer hosted a weekend of events which included volunteer and networking opportunities aimed at encouraging local black-owned businesses and professionals to work together and build valuable relationships throughout the city. The event was the first of its kind and had over 150 people participate.
